ImageX09 is an ImageX utility for WIM v0.9 which is the initial version of WIM used with SMS 2003 OSD.  This utility allows you to extract, create, and convert WIM 0.9 files to WIM 1.0.

New in this version:
    Added /SETINFO operation for setting WIM 0.9 image information.
    Added optional output_xml_file parameter to the /INFO operation for dumping the image information to an XML file.
